Money scrammer! Just a rip-off

I bought an account from Nederwoon. There were not many house resources and the account was so expensive (around 45 euros). Every time when I requested a view for an apartment, they would respond after a week and say you are not eligible for viewing or viewings are full.
I deleted the account and you would never get your money back. I called them so many times. Every time you said to send us an email. I sent them many emails and waited for a month but I still didn't get my refund.
Never sign up for their website!
